Terms of Service

Last updated: June 1, 2026

The short version: Pack Analytics helps you build investment proposals faster. It's a tool, not financial advice — you and your firm stay responsible for the recommendations you give your clients. Pay for your plan, use the product fairly, and we'll keep it running. Here are the details.

These terms are the agreement between you and Pack Analytics LLC ("Pack Analytics," "we," "us") for the use of our website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you're agreeing on behalf of a firm, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that firm.

01What Pack Analytics does

Pack Analytics is software for financial professionals. You upload a client's portfolio, set parameters such as a capital-gains budget and a target model, and we generate a proposed transition and a client-ready PDF with an AI-written summary. We provide the tool; the investment judgment is yours.

02Your account

03The data you upload

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the limited permission we need to host and process that data to run the Service for you. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload your clients' information and for meeting your own regulatory and disclosure obligations. How we handle data is covered in our Privacy Policy.

04Plans, billing & trials

05Fair use

Please don't:

Not investment, tax, or legal advice. Pack Analytics is a software tool. Its outputs — including proposed transitions, optimizations, tax estimates, and AI summaries — are for your professional use and do not constitute investment, tax, or legal advice from us. You are solely responsible for reviewing every output and for the advice you provide to your clients. Tax figures are estimates and should be confirmed with a qualified tax professional.

06Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to Pack Analytics. These terms don't give you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the Service as intended.

07Availability

We work hard to keep Pack Analytics available and reliable, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or improvements.

08Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pack Analytics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

09Termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to us. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will continue to apply.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
